If you receive a DAMAGED product, kindly send an email to storycratebox@gmail.com with details of the item. Photographic evidence of product is required in case of refund or returned items. Team will acknowledge and register your request, and you have to ship the product back to us within 3 DAYS

Other then above scenario we DO NOT accept returns or refunds.

The product will be shipped in 3-5 business days after ordering and you will receive an email with your shipping notification and tracking number.

Free shipping above Rs. 800/- of purchase. But if your book is returned undelivered, you are expected to pay the shipping for the second attempt, as only the first attempt is covered under free shipping.

All orders below Rs. 800/- will cost Rs. 80/- shipping charges.

We accept ONLINE payment, in form of Credit/Debit cards, Gpay, Paytm and other wallets.

Please note that the payment mode is ONLINE ONLY, so please do the same for confirming the order.

Currently we don't accept COD.

That's why we suggest to fill the form properly and add the authors or books you want to skip. We will try our best to make sure you not received the same book.
